What’s so great about these prints?

All prints are colour-perfect Giclée reproductions of my original work, using the very latest technology – the same quality used in galleries and museums!

They’re printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo 290 GSM stock made from 90% Bamboo fibres & 10% Cotton, combining maximum ageing resistance with environmental sustainability.

The natural warm-toned surface offers an extremely large colour gamut and high colour density for an amazing level of detail.

Can I buy original works of art from Luna Walter?

I do occasionally sell my original artwork, but not often. Sign up for my emails to be the first to know when I’m releasing new originals for sale.

How long will it take my artwork to arrive?

From confirming your order to arriving at your door here’s how long it’ll take to arrive depending on where you live...

- United Kingdom, 3-5 days.

- Germany, 3-5 days.

- Rest of Europe, 7-9 days.

- Rest of World, 9-12 days

You'll also receive a tracking number, so you can follow your orders progress.

How can I track my order?

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email straight away with your tracking number and details for you to track your delivery!

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Email as or use the contact form as soon as possible, and I might be able to help.

If you order the wrong size or print, then we’re unlikely to be able to change your order because we print very fast.

If you’ve entered the wrong address, we dispatch between 24-48 hours after you order, so email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on all my prints, worldwide.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We ship to anywhere in the world.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your order within 30 days for any reason, and get a full refund. Just send it back to the return address printed on your package.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. Help!

So sorry, this (almost) never happens.

If anything is damaged, defective, or gets lost in the post, we’ll send a replacement out to you straight away at no additional cost.
